At Polar Plunge Ice Baths, customer service is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with our products covered by our warranty, please follow the procedures outlined below:
Return and Refund Policy:
Terms of Return (Tubs): If any leaks in the main tub or inlet/outlet connections are present, the tub will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines typically 12 months unless otherwise stated. Please contact our support team before initiating a return, and report any issues within a specified timeframe to be eligible for warranty coverage. Inflatable tubs may, on occasion, develop leaks in floor seams due to over-inflation or excessive setup/breakdown use. To resolve these issues, we can provide sealant.
Terms of Return (Chiller): Internal components, including the Control Panel, Compressor, Pump, and Plumbing, are covered for 1 year from the delivery date. If plumbing or electrical components are found to be faulty, the unit will be replaced or repaired per the manufacturer's guidelines.
*Pump issues commonly arise from clogged filters, which are recommended to be replaced monthly, depending on frequency of use.
State of Return: Items must be in good overall condition, with no visible tears, punctures, or excessive wear. Photos/Videos can help with the return process.
Reason for Return: Units can be returned for any reason. Returns due to faulty equipment will not incur any shipping or restocking fees. All other returns are subject to return shipping/packaging fees as well as a 25% restocking fee.
